We do not access, store, or use email content beyond the scope required for sending invoices. Your email credentials and content remain private and are not used for advertising or analytics purposes.
QuickBooks Online Data Collection and Usage
ChaseMyInvoices allows users to connect their QuickBooks Online accounts to import and manage invoices. When you connect your QuickBooks Online account, we collect and process the following data:
- Invoice data (e.g., invoice IDs, amounts, dates, and customer details).
- Account information necessary to authenticate and sync with QuickBooks Online.
We use this data solely to provide the functionality of importing, managing, and syncing invoices. We do not store your QuickBooks Online login credentials. All data is transmitted securely using encryption, and access is limited to authorized personnel only.

PayPal Data Collection and Usage
ChaseMyInvoices allows users to connect their PayPal accounts to create and manage invoices. When you connect your PayPal account, we collect and process the following data:
- Invoice data (e.g., invoice IDs, amounts, dates, and payment links).
- Account information necessary to authenticate and sync with PayPal.
We use this data solely to create invoices, generate payment links, and sync invoice data between our platform and PayPal. We do not store your PayPal login credentials. All data is transmitted securely using encryption, and access is limited to authorized personnel only.
